1. Financial Policies

• A non-refundable registration fee of $30 is due with each registration.
• Tuition is due on the first class of the month. A $20 late fee, along with your tuition, will be charged to your credit card if tuition is not received by the 15th.
• Make-ups for missed classes and cancelations due to weather or illness can be taken with any class in the same age range.  No refunds for missed classes.
• Tuition may NOT be prorated for missed classes except for extended vacations of one week or more, with at least 30 days notice.
• Monthly tuition rates remain the same each month as we average four classes per month over the dance year. June is half.

2.  Snow Closures

• If there should be a big snowstorm or other weather related problems and you are not sure if classes will still be held, please call the studio voice mail (303-840-7407), NO MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BEFORE class. If classes are canceled, there will be a message telling you this. Often the weather worsens at the last minute, so please be sure to check no more than 30 minutes before class time
